CHEST 2020

By registering and/or participating in any event or program with the American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST), you are agreeing to abide by the code of conduct as outlined in CHEST’s bylaws and disruptive behavior policy. Our event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter, and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff at our events are required to agree and organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for all.

Your presence will be logged anytime you are signed into the CHEST 2020 conference platform. If you choose to enter a chat area or exhibition booth, your presence will be made known to all other participants in that designated area. When clicking “Scan my Badge” in an exhibit booth, you have consented to this exhibitor contacting you and your contact information being shared with them.
